These are people of the Hanging part of the Hanging springs.
Since they hang up on the side of the cliff, alot of wind blows. Strong wind gave birth of habit of wearing pretty large clothes that fly in the air of the person bearing it making it much enchanting. These people love strong winds.
They like to wear long, white and mostly transparent clothes.
Their figures are mostly slim and bright. But don't judge them on the innocent looks, some of these people are the worst kind persons and characters you can find.
Outsiders are forbidden to come down to the Hanging part and if someone is to come they must wear black clothes.
